Tasks

We will notify you, when we have available tasks in your area, and you are free to apply for all the tasks, that you find interesting. You are not obligated to accept a specific number of tasks. It is entirely up to you, which tasks you apply for. However if you only wish to take on tasks in your hometown, the number of tasks, that we can offer you, may be limited. You are not restricted to your local area, so if you are flexible and willing to travel to other cities, you will get access to more tasks.

Mystery Shopping is not a full time job. However it can be a great way to earn extra money and get interesting experiences, and you manage your own time by only accepting tasks, that will fit into your calendar.

Types of tasks can vary each month. It can for example be regular shops on streets or in shopping centers, car dealerships, optical chains, gas stations or restaurants. Therefore both the time required as well as the salary for each task will be different. Before applying for a task you will always have access to the instructions for the project, where you can see the specific salary.

Employment

Since you decide only to apply for the tasks, that you find interesting, you will never be obligated to conduct specific tasks. Also there may be periods with few tasks in your area. Therefore you are not in a permanent employment relationship with us, and you have no employment contract, nor are you subject to any collective agreement. You are instead employed on a freelance basis and will get a freelance agreement. Therefore you can also choose to resign without notice.

Monthly payment

Our payroll cutoff date is the 17th each month, where all tasks completed and approved by us before the 17th will be processed for payment, so your salary will be on your bank account on the last working day of the month. Tasks completed and approved after the 17th will be included in the following month’s payment cycle.
